Delivery Information

Our goal is to manufacture and ship every order in as quickly as possible while also maintaining our extremely high standard of quality. To that end, all orders typically take between 3 and 10 business days to manufacture (based on product ordered) before shipping. During holidays, orders may take up to 2 business days longer to manufacture. We ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Below are some of our standard print turn-around times for specific products.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number (for shipping methods where tracking is available) as long as you entered a valid e-mail during checkout. If you have specific shipping requests please contact Customer Support directly.

Our $5.99 Flat-rate Shipping will be one of the following methods depending on product ordered. Large quantity items shipped to a PO Box may not qualify for our $5.99 flat-rate offer, we will notify you in this case to arrange shipping.

USPS Priority Shipping: Orders shipped via USPS Priority method generally arrive in 2-5 business days following the standard production process and delivers on Saturdays to most locations. Please note that Priority Mail DOES NOT guarantee 2-day delivery and delivery may take longer depending on weather and how busy the postal service is.

UPS Ground Shipping: Orders shipped via UPS Ground generally arrive within 2-5 business days following the standard production process. Please note that UPS does not deliver Ground packages on Saturdays.

Free Drop Card orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail. Tracking information will be emailed once generated.

*We are not responsible for orders delayed by shipping carriers due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. *Time frames listed above are estimates and vary depending on specific shipping location. 

To qualify for the Guaranteed Deliverable Offer, your mail piece/address label, must have "OR CURRENT RESIDENT" printed on it.  We ONLY guarantee the mailing address is a good address, unable to forward "nixies" because of a move not updated in the USPS database DOES NOT qualify for the refund.
